Personalised 1-1 Yoga Classes

My 1-1 yoga classes are tailored to your body, your goals, and any injuries or limitations, so you can move safely, build strength, and feel good in your body.

What’s included

  • Classes can be 1, 1.5 or 2 hours long (£75 per hour) and are designed entirely around your needs.
  • You can practise at my home studio, your home, a venue of your choice, or online.
  • Each session focuses on your personal needs and goals, whether that be building flexibility and balance, working on strength, or just focusing on calming the mind.
