Wear comfortable clothing which you can move in (doesn’t have to be leggings!).

I would recommend walking, cycling, or getting public transport. The venue is right next to Chingford Station, which is on the Weaver Line. There is also parking available.
The meeting point is by the what3words location mixer.drops.button. You can also navigate to Humphry’s Cafe and then look just beyond the playground, and you should spot people with yoga mats. I would recommend walking, cycling, or getting public transport. The location is easy walking distance from Highams Park Station, which is on the Weaver Line. There is also parking available nearby.
