If you cancel up to 24 hours before, you can choose between receiving a full refund or transferring to another class date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. However, you may transfer the credit to another class up to one hour before the class start time.

No. Your email address is required for booking, but it is stored securely and will not be shared with anyone. If you choose to share any health issues in the health questionnaire question, this is also kept securely in the booking platform, and it is just for me to be able to prepare well for teaching the class. I would recommend walking, cycling, or getting public transport. The venue is right next to Chingford Station, which is on the Weaver Line. There is also parking available.
